Maintenance
- Regular on-site
inspections by senior management
- Receiving and
handling of all necessary service and maintenance routines and procedures
- Recording in a
systematic fashion a maintenance log for all services undertaken
- Preparation and
distribution of all specifications for the tendering of any contracts
- Supervision and
inspection, both during and after completion, of all contractual work tendered
- Provision of
24-hour / 365-day emergency service
- Assistance in
the investigation of any structural, electrical or mechanical deficiencies and
preparation of remedial action reports
